Refunds Policy : Medlife know that sometimes you may need to cancel an order for any particular cause of reasons, that is why they have made it easy to do so. All you need to do is call the customer care number 1860 1234 1234 which can be found on the website, as long as it is before delivery, and you should be able to cancel your order. Your delivery should never be wrong when it is delivered, but on the rare occasion that it may be, Medlife require you to check the contents of the delivery when it gets to you, so the problem can be resolved then and there. If you find the delivery is wrong or tampered with, do not accept the delivery and alert the delivery driver. Once you have accepted the delivery, it can be accepted in full or in part with 7 days as long as it is in line with the companies returns policy. Your refund will then be processed and paid via the original method of payment.
